Job Descriptions "Job Descriptions" are not used as a management device at The Bell Group. Each team, in collaboration with leadership, develops a Function Analysis. They identify their goals in conjunction with the company strategy, and determine their own functional contribution. The team then establishes the activities and tasks that must be done on a regular basis to accomplish those goals. The team presents their completed Function Analysis to the Board of Directors. It serves as an agreement between the Directors and the Team regarding the work each team is expected to accomplish. Both Directors and Teams are free to propose improvements to the Function Analysis at any time. If you possess some of the skills required for a position, consider applying.
