We believe that people perform their best in jobs they
really like and where they have opportunities for personal and professional

work hard to provide a very open, caring work environment.
Because of our unique management style and high expectations
regarding participation in the management of the business, The Bell Group
takes great care to evaluate each applicant for the competencies necessary
to be a successful partner in our business.
When you apply for employment with The Bell Group, you
will be asked to complete four assessments which take approximately 1-1 1/2
hours to complete. They include:
- An honesty and integrity assessment
- A vocational placement indicator
- A number perception assessment
Why do we ask you to complete this process?
The vocational placement indicator helps us to place associates
in teams where they are most likely to experience the greatest collaboration,
creativity and job satisfaction. Diversity, teamwork and high energy are
the building blocks of our creative environment, and using a vocational
placement indicator helps our candidates be successful more quickly.
