The Bell Group make us different from most other companies. They are our most valuable asset! That's why we are always looking for people who will go the extra mile for the customer and the project.

General Employment
The Bell Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Decisions on hiring and promotion are based only on your ability to perform the job. We welcome, promote and extend benefits to people of any religion, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, national origin and age. Persons with disabilities will be given equal opportunity as far as their abilities allow.

We believe that people perform their best in jobs they really like and where they have opportunities for personal and professional growth. Our associates are a very important part of our success, and we work hard to provide a very open, caring work environment.

Because of our unique management style and high expectations regarding participation in the management of the business, The Bell Group takes great care to evaluate each applicant for the competencies necessary to be a successful partner in our business.

When you apply for employment with The Bell Group, you will be asked to complete four assessments which take approximately 1-1 1/2 hours to complete. They include:

  • An honesty and integrity assessment
  • A vocational placement indicator
  • A number perception assessment

Why do we ask you to complete this process?

The vocational placement indicator helps us to place associates in teams where they are most likely to experience the greatest collaboration, creativity and job satisfaction. Diversity, teamwork and high energy are the building blocks of our creative environment, and using a vocational placement indicator helps our candidates be successful more quickly.

Company Benefits
The Bell Group offers a wide range of benefits including:

  • Excellent health and dental coverage for each associate and his or her children. The Bell Group pays premiums for associate and dependents. The health plan includes vision care reimbursement. (Spouses pay small premium to be covered)

  • Vacation: One week paid vacation after the first year and one week every six months thereafter.
  • Anniversary holiday: 8 hours every year beginning on the first anniversary of employment.
