Sales - Customer Center Representative

Description:

  • Answer inbound calls in a friendly and professional manner to ensure an excellent customer service experience.
  • Process customer orders, Special order and catalog requests
  • Screen perspective customers to ensure they meet specified criteria
  • Provide information to customers including pricing, availability and product specifications
  • Utilize product knowledge to assist our customers
  • Assist customers by answering questions related to their account
  • Process customer returns
  • Resolve customer service issues to ensure a win/win
  • Outbound calling campaigns to existing customer base (no cold calling)

Qualifications:

  • Typing skills – minimum 45 WPM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Good PC skills including knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with CRM software a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
