Sales - Customer Center Representative
Description:
Answer inbound calls in a friendly and professional manner to ensure an excellent customer service experience.
Process customer orders, Special order and catalog requests
Screen perspective customers to ensure they meet specified criteria
Provide information to customers including pricing, availability and product specifications
Utilize product knowledge to assist our customers
Assist customers by answering questions related to their account
Process customer returns
Resolve customer service issues to ensure a win/win
Outbound calling campaigns to existing customer base (no cold calling)
Qualifications:
Typing skills – minimum 45 WPM
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Experience in sales and customer service
Good PC skills including knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
Experience with CRM software a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
