Marketing - Photographer

The Opportunity.
Are you a self-motivated team player who enjoys a flexible work schedule and having a voice in the direction of the company? Do you possess in-depth knowledge of photography? Do you have experience with large format digital photography equipment and digital workflow? If so, Rio Grande wants to hear from you!

Rio Grande is seeking a studio photographer to join our photo team. This person plans, organizes, directs and shoots all photography for our catalogs, websites, trade shows and related marketing materials.

The Fun.

• Working with state-of-the-art digital photography equipment.
• Styling and shooting photos for all company marketing materials,
  trade shows and websites.
• Working with departments all over the company to guarantee
  photos meet business needs.
• Working with the photo team / studio coordinator to prioritize workflow.

The Requirements.
Experience with table-top photography strongly recommended. A degree or certification in photography is preferred. The successful candidate will have creative photo-styling skills and strong studio and location strobe-lighting skills. Experience lighting multiple products with a variety of sizes, materials and surfaces is helpful. Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop on a Mac platform. The ability to solve artistic and technical problems in a timely manner is an absolute must. Our studio photographers are also deadline driven with excellent time management and organization skills.
