The Education Team serves customers who want to improve
their jewelry making skills and knowledge. Through a broad range of classes,
at various venues and locations, we provide training that helps customers
express and channel their creativity. Our goal is to provide a quality
program with small classes, individual attention, state of the art tools
and equipment, and high level of instruction that insures a successful
and reqarding customer experience.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers, and an ability to initiate contact and develop long-term relationships.
Above-average initiative, self discipline, self-motivation, and dedication.
Ability to structure and manage projects.
Excellent follow-through skills.
Detail-oriented and thorough, with meticulous work habits.

Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task.
Eager to learn, take on new challenges, and help grow the business.
Extensive product knowledge or jewelry making experience a plus.
Willing to work between 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., based on business needs, including occasional weekends and travel.
Exceptional maturity, demonstrated through gracefulness in receiving and giving feedback, and particularly well developed listening skills.
