Develop segmentation strategies and initiatives that drive our catalog
direct marketing
Develop, test and implement other printed material
mailings and Internet campaigns strategies
Develop goals and plans for
new customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation marketing
Manage
list management process & brokerage, merge/purge, house
prospects, and international mailings
Develop reporting on file attrition,
retention and acquisition measurement
Develop and present reports on prospect
lists and segments performance
Work closely with Merchants to determine
target segments and increase mailing efficiency
Monitor performance of
all circulation strategies and make appropriate recommendations
Prepare
marketing budgets for house file and prospect circulation (catalog
and Internet) new business development, list management and merge/purge
processing
Create, prepare and present circulation analysis and reports
as required
Manage data extraction and execution of all mailings
Manage vendor activities
to ensure that catalogs and other media are mailed as scheduled
Maintain
Marketing Events Calendar
Ensure back-end processes support and internal
communication
Skills:
Excellent understanding of marketing segmentation strategies required
(RFM a must)
Must be self-directed and detail-oriented
Excellent communication and
project management skills
Familiar with mailing requirements
Need to be both creative and analytical
Need to be able to think outside
the box
Expert level PC skills required: MS Word, Excel, MS Access a must
Excellent

Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree required (a marketing or business degree a plus,
but will consider other educational credentials if a candidate presents
the right experience).
4-5 years direct marketing, circulation experience
and data analysis required
