Marketing - Marketing Analyst
The Opportunity.

Rio Grande is seeking a marketing professional to join our marketing team. This person develops strategic marketing plans, programs and promotional campaigns and delivers information on the effectiveness of their efforts using market research, analysis and interpretation of marketing data.
The Fun.
- Developing standards for evaluating and controlling performance
of marketing strategies. - Defining target markets and/or market segments
- Budget planning and profit & loss reporting for specific
campaigns and events. - Planning and implementing the company's public relations activities.
- Traveling! (some traveling is required)
The Requirements.
Strong collaborative and effective communication, project and planning/management skills are a must. In addition, the successful candidate will possess a high level of self-directed initiative and be detail oriented. Strong negotiation skills are a must. A bachelor's degree in marketing or three years of related experience (in a marketing or sales environment) is required.
