Rio Grande is seeking a Master Bench Jeweler to join our Casting Product Development team.
The Fun.
- Model making, jewelry fabrication and polishing.
- Setting precious, semi-precious and ornamental stones in a variety of different settings.
- Repairing jewelry to original specifications.

The Requirements.
Must have experience in all aspects of repair and production work including (but not limited to) ring sizing, soldering and assembly of both silver and gold items. A working knowledge of RTV and production rubber molds is desirable. Experience in a lost wax casting environment is a plus. In addition, the successful candidate will possess a high level of self-directed initiative and be detail oriented. Must be able to perform to schedules and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required in our team environment. The responsibilities for the job reflect someone who has more than four years of experience and training as a bench jeweler.
