Administrative - Receptionist Description: Receive callers, determine nature of business and direct callers to destination. Take messages when appropriate. Operate PBX telephone console to receive incoming messages. Type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents. Issue visitor's passes. Conduct Employment testing, including answering questions from applicants and timing tests. Manage service issues on all copy machines, through collaboration with Operations and with outside vendors. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, friendly personality, efficient and organized. Ability to provide instruction clearly and concisely. Clean and neat personal appearance for professional representation of the company. Will accept inexperienced worker for this role and provide training
