Administrative - Receptionist

Description:

  • Receive callers, determine nature of business and direct callers to destination.
  • Take messages when appropriate.
  • Operate PBX telephone console to receive incoming messages.
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents.
  • Issue visitor's passes.
  • Conduct Employment testing, including answering questions from applicants and timing tests.
  • Manage service issues on all copy machines, through collaboration with Operations
    and with outside vendors.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, friendly personality, efficient and organized.
  • Ability to provide instruction clearly and concisely.
  • Clean and neat personal appearance for professional representation of the company.
  • Will accept inexperienced worker for this role and provide training
